Classes
All of our public classes, unless otherwise noted, are held in our gym space in Suite B1, which is located at the lower, street-side of the building at 713 Millpond Rd. Classes are priced as drop-ins and are limited to five students. See below for descriptions and pricing or click any of the “Book a class” buttons to be taken to our class scheduling site.
Queen-Agers: Fit & Fabulous
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00-1:00pm
For ladies 55+, Queen-agers is focused on strength, flexibility, balance, and pain management. Classes are limited to five students total. $15+tax
Weekend Wind-Down
Fridays, 6:00-7:00pm
Open to all fitness and experience levels, Weekend Wind-Down is a blend of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (yogic breathing), and meditation designed to bring about a calm state of mind to start your weekend off right! Class is limited to five students total. $15+tax
Yoga - Form and Function
Tuesdays & Fridays, 9:00-10:00am
Yoga - Form and Function is a beginner friendly, "all-levels" yoga class focusing on alignment, strength, flexibility, balance, and functional movement. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Props provided. Limited to 5 students. $15+tax
Yoga - Slow Burn
Wednesdays & Saturdays, 9:00-10:00am
Slow Burn is a vinyasa inspired "flow" based yoga practice designed to emphasize slow, controlled movement, breath, presence, and form. Each class consists of 3-4 flows with breaks in-between each to focus on a single pose. Some yoga experience helpful, can be challenging for those who are new to yoga and/or fitness. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Props are provided. Limited to 5 students. $15+tax
Walk With Us
Saturdays, 9:00-10:00am
Walk With Us is a free, community fitness building event. Join us Saturday mornings* from Memorial Day thru Labor Day (weather permitting). Walk commences at 9:00am so we recommend arriving a little early.

Once parked, we meet by the community board at the entrance to the walking trails.

Enter the park by the tank. The lane will curve to the left, at the stop sign parking is ahead and slightly left.

Turn in from Reynolds Rd. Parking is up the the right, just past the fire station.

If, on Friday evening, the forecast calls for rain we will forfeit the walk for that Saturday and will resume the following week per the schedule.
